Breakfast Parfait Bowl

Hello, everyone!

I thought I would start off your Friday on an easy note with a new minute meal =). This parfait bowl is completely customizable so feel free to use whatever ingredients you want. Youโ€™ll need a base of either Greek yogurt or ricotta cheese. I tend to use ricotta for my parfaits. Then add whatever combo of fruit/berries you want. I gravitate towards strawberries and blueberries because there arenโ€™t too many seeds to get stuck in your teeth and complicate your morning flossing routine. Then you can add some additional toppings for crunch and sweetness. I use blanched almonds and honey, although pecans and maple syrup would also be delicious!
