I thought I would start off your Friday on an easy note with a new minute meal =). This parfait bowl is completely customizable so feel free to use whatever ingredients you want. You’ll need a base of either Greek yogurt or ricotta cheese. I tend to use ricotta for my parfaits. Then add whatever combo of fruit/berries you want. I gravitate towards strawberries and blueberries because there aren’t too many seeds to get stuck in your teeth and complicate your morning flossing routine. Then you can add some additional toppings for crunch and sweetness. I use blanched almonds and honey, although pecans and maple syrup would also be delicious!
